Who is the coaching for (and not for)? 

This is for endurance athletes of all levels — runners, cyclists, triathletes, and duathletes — who want a personalised, science-backed training plan that fits around real life, not just a generic program. Whether you’re chasing a PB, preparing for your first race, or training for long-term health, you’ll fit right in. However, this is not for athletes who want 'quick fixes and hacks' to get faster overnight. If you don't respect endurance sports is the long process this is not the place for you.

How is this different from a generic training plan?

Generic plans tell you what to do. I show you why and adjust as we go. Your plan is personalised based on your goals, training history, time available, and data feedback — so it evolves with you.

How quickly will I improve?

This is very individual; everyone will improve at different rates depending on many factors. However, what is important to understand is that the aim is not to improve as quickly as possible, but as sustainably as possible at a rate that your body can cope with.

Is this for elite athletes only?

No, this is for athletes who enjoy the process of endurance sports training and want to get better year after year. Whether you are a beginner or an elite athlete, young or a master's athlete, the membership is designed to suit you.

What if I get injured or sick?

Your plan is flexible. I’ll adjust your training to match your recovery so you can safely get back on track without losing to much progress.

How much does the membership cost?

$99 per month (US Dollars) - and thats it, not set-up fee
