FAQs

Do I pay weekly for the standard plan?

No, this is a one off payment, then you have the plan for life and can reuse the plan as much as you want. The cost of the plan is week dependent, but is around $1.5 per week.

What is the standard plan?

The standard plan is a one-off plan you can purchase through the TrainingPeaks store (but you can find the plan you want via the Breakaway Website), that you pay in a one-off fee, then you have the plan for life.

Are there any prerequisites? 

For the standard and personalised plan there are no prerequisites, however, for 1-2-1 coaching we suggest you get a power meter is you are a cyclist. Other we mainly just want to work with athletes that want to improve.

Which endurance sports do you work with?

All endurance sports including running (5k to ultras), cycling (all disciplines), triathlon (super sprint to full distance), duathlon (sprint to long) and cross country skiing. So whatever your adventure, we got you covered.

How does the personalised plan work?

In summary, every month you will get a new training plan design specifically to you and your goals. At the end of each week you will receive a questionnaire to fill in (take 5 minutes) and allow the coach to track your training and how you are coping with the demands. This is a much personal experience, where the plan is always evolving to work best for you.

Is there a minimum contract?

No, you do not sign a contract, and there is no minimum amount of time you need to use the service. Some athletes use our coaching service on and off year-round.

What is the dashboard access?

To analyse your data and be specific with your feedback you will be provided with a dashboard (via google sheets). In the dashboard you will receive your reports on your training data and view your Annual Training Plan. For the Plus plan you only get access to 50% of the dashboard, For the Max service you get full access to all the features and analysis.
