Learn how Breakaway was founded

You are trying to keep consistent while not burning out but not sure how and don’t want to spend a fortune to communicate with a coach. This is in-part how the Breakaway Coaching model was founded. I was in a similar situation were I was only allowed limited communication with my coach and I was burning out and struggling to complete basic levels of training.  Thats why with Breakaway you get unlimited communication (and more) with all our plans and packages.

It was simply great working with Jonathan through the plan. I am more than stoked that I achieved my first Ironman finish in 10:01:45h! My main event was to complete at the end of April a sub-90-min road half marathon and my previous PB was 1h 48 min. I can proudly said that the training was worth and the plan worked fantastic as I crossed the finish line at 1h 29 min! Now I am looking forward to take the next step with the new plan and keep working on trail for the next season.
